Exercise is an effective, affordable and enjoyable way to maintain physical and cognitive health
In the Memory Lab, we study the effects of exercise on neuroplasticity and memory. We are also interested in studying interactions between exercise, brain plasticity, memory and sleep and how exercise can optimize the consolidation of memory. Our clinical training programs allow patients to participate in research and to join free, high quality supervised personalized training sessions to improve their quality of life.
