The Memory and Motor Laboratory (MEMORY Lab) et le Humain Brain Control of Locomotion Lab (HBCL) are interested in exploring the use of exercise to improve sleep in persons living with Parkinson’s.
We conduct multidisciplinary research on how exercise can be used to improve sleep and if better sleep can improve your cognitive and motor function, as well as your quality of life!
