Lynden is a PhD Student from McGill University, pursuing a PhD in Rehabilitation Science. He graduated with an Honours Bachelor’s of Science, with a Double Major in Biology and Medical Science from Western University in London ON, and completed a Master’s of Science in Exercise Science from Concordia University in Montreal. His research focuses on the impact of exercise interventions and consequences of training cessations on cognition and mobility in elderly populations. His doctoral work will examine the effect of aerobic Entraînement par intervalles à haute intensité (HIIT) sur la plasticité cérébrale et la santé cardiovasculaire chez les personnes ayant subi un AVC chronique dans le cadre d'un projet de recherche financé par l' Instituts de recherche en santé du Canada (IRSC).
